Was it really this simple? How can I repay you. I have been working on it for months, every time I contact EA it just sits there for hours saying "please wait to be connected to an EA advisor" or whatever, I always just exit out of it after 3-4 hours. It never took that long, only once EA fixed my issues. Thank you for this post. Close to a year I havent been able to play , people like you who try to help. Amazing. Thanks again.
