Game disconnected: could not join server BF3

Hello 

I cant join any server except 1 server , I get this error ( Game disconnected: could not join server. ) any idea ?

PS:i tried the smart port forwarding idea

Can you please try to reboot your internet (turn off your router and remove power cable for 5 min. Then turn on the router back) and run Origin as Administrator? Please try this and check the game now.

I tried that and it did not work either . Also I can not see most of the servers ping in battlelog now 

here what i have done to solve my problem .

- Opening new ports using  " Smart Port Forwarding " software  i used these ports for bf3 which i found online 

UDP : 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300

TCP : 80, 443, 9988, 20000-20100, 22990, 17502, 42127

- Typing these in  CMD Command  Port 

ipconfig/flushdns

ipconfig/registerdns

ipconfig/release

ipconfig/renew

netsh winsock reset

 and then restart laptop 

- Repair the game from origin 

- Uninstall and reinstall  web plugin battlefield

- Updating PBsvc 

- Downloading Visual C++ Redistributed package for visual studio 2013

after talking to ea support online twice they could not solve this for me .

appreciate any help i could get

In order to join servers in BF3 and BF4 via Battlelog I have to run Internet Explorer (not Edge) and then go into Battlelog's settings and use the plugin launcher.  Another option that works but not as frequently is using the web browser Opera and using the plugin-free launcher on Battlelog. I recommend to try the first method using Internet Explorer.

HI . appreciate the help

i tried every browser and every possible way that ea advisers told me but none worked i guys i will format my windows and reinstal the game that is the last chance

No it is stil not working i did everything ea told me even reinstall windows and the game nothing changed
