Expansion packs not working

I bought close quarters, back to karkand and armored kill yesterday, played a bit, unlocked a couple of the weapons, but when I mark any of the expansion packs (as seen in the picture below), it doesn't let me. Ive tried contacting EA for a combined hour and a half through live chat and nothing works. What do I do?

Hello 

Try to repair game via Origin or reinstall the game.  Also,  try to logout and Login again in Battlelog.
