Don't know why but can't log in Battlelog

So I'm not a regular player. I play sometimes. Today i Wanted to Log in and it's saying I've been banned from battlelog. Please help figure it out why and how to fix it. This is the message "You have been banned from Battlelog. If you believe this was done in error, please contact Customer Services."

Answer HQ cannot handle bans. We don't have access to your account - we can't look into any specific cases. All we can do in here is link to your options.
