Connecting to Battlefield 3 East servers

Exactly, I rented a 3 month server about 3 weeks ago, listed as West Coast server, it was at the time a 4 bar Ping, but about Feb. 26, it dropped to 1 bar as well as All US server regions. The only servers that are better are European at 4 bars. EA and Dice are incompetent at best.

I've messaged a couple of weeks back about getting a refund because my server is under east and haven't been able to use it since.

Nope, not fixed as much as I know.  I no longer play, retired BF3 and stopped spending money on servers that I couldn't use - wasted a lot of money...EA support didn't care, so if they don't, neither do I.  p.s. - I'm not going to 2042.
