Co-op lagging

I want to ask why am lagging when i'm playing coop missions , i'm from Macedonia and on american servers my ping is over 100 is that the problem ?

Depends how high your ping is, it could be an issue. Have you tried to play co-op with a friend from your region and how is your performance while playing general multiplayer?
