Cannot join server nor check any option under Server Browser.

Hi, I just installed Battlefield 3 again after few years and if I click on any option to check mark an option under "Server Browser" nothing happens. If I choose server and click on join server button nothing happens as well. I tried Brave and Chrome browsers. Does anyone encountered this issue?
