Can't download BF3, Unexpected error 196613:200

Bought the BF3 on promotion and have been trying to download since ystd. and still am not able to. I have tried redownload and reinstaling origin, still dont seem to be ablt to download BF3.  see screenshot. https://twitter.com/WilliamLeFreak/status/307105605687074816/photo/1
