Have the same problem. I own the limited edition. When I will join a server with Back to Karkand running I get the same splash screen as above. All Updated. The shop says YOU OWN THAT.

premium here. same problem. im trying to reinstall it from scratch. will se if it works

 

repairing didnt help

deleting Xpack1 from "Battlefield 3\Update\Xpack1" and then repairing didnt help

updating didnt help

 

fun fact, now that the game is deleted, if i go into my "extra content" tab, every DLC shows a big orange "download" button, except for B2K, that just says "unlocked", and nothing else. origin messed up

 

 

ps: even when trying to download again, doesnt give me the option to redownload. played it couple of days ago, dont know what happened. problem is on EA's side (see pic)

Hopefully this won't be needed, I've seen some cases with this where spamming retry for a little while has cleared this up. I can't make guarantees and please don't sit there for 10 minutes clicking the button, but hopefully doing this helps. If it doesn't you can contact support who have the tools to help with this.
