Did you bought the game via Origin or another website as a digital download? If you bought the game not via Origin, it might be that you need to activate the game in the Origin client with your purchased gamecode.

If you bought the game via Origin and it doesn't show up in your "My Games" library, please check your e-mail for a receipt. If you have successfully purchased the game via Origin and it still doesn't show up, you might need to contact one of our Game Advisors.
