Battlelog web plugins on chrome wont install

Basically when I run the plugin installer for chrome the installer just exits itself before it finishes installing. This is very frusterating as Firefox and IE are very very unstable on my PC and keep crashing and causing interferance when I play battlefield 3. This started happening after the 1.132.0 update
