Battlefield 3 won't launch - directx error

Hi, I've been trying to get BF3 to run but no luck thus far.

Trying to run it on a 2600x & 1070ti on Windows10.

Drivers and OS are up to date.

Tried updating DirectX through both microsoft's website and the included redistributable.
Tried updating the C++ through the included redistributable.

Tried praying to Gaben, got striked with lightning for comitting the sin of using >origin.

Any ideas? Thank you for your time : ).

Okay! I'll see if it fixes it, thank you for the suggestion.

EDIT: @EA_Atic  Well turns out the culprit was my system's locale. It was set to japanese as I often play japanese import hentai games on my Personal Computer. It's the most fun you can possibly have while playing a computer program!

Normally seen this issue with issues with the GPU drivers, I recommend do a complete reinstall of them. @Sloppykaze 

Let us know if that works or not.
