Battlefield 3 rent a server xbox error [ Edited ]

 evry time our clan rents a server for bf3 on the xbox the admin screen locks up on my console a couple of days after the purchase, the admin screen starts to load up but then my console freezes, how do i fix this as i am trying to run a clan server here not just have a dice server with standard content only that i can kick or ban people from. We have had 5 total servers in the time that the rent a server program has been out on console and not a single one has run without errors locking the admins out and becoming unmanagable.
