Battlefield 3 end game dlc ps3 don't download and still have the code

I'm trying to contact because I bought the Battlefield 3 dlc end game for ps3 and it docent works.I put the code and it says downloading but when it finish I go check the dlc in the game but I don't have it I wasted my money and don't got the dlc yet please help me.

This may sound like a silly question, but after the DLC downloads did you go to the games section of the XMB and click on the End Game "bubble" and manually install the expansion or does the bubble never show up?
