Battlefield 3 Xbox one

Hi. I can't play battlefield 3 online on Xbox one

Im in iran. I contact support and he says it maybe a bug. But I re install the game so many times and it doesn't work

I even can't get online 

It says you're offline and get an error message : (( can't connect to Xbox live))

Help me please 

If it doesn't work I will try it on my computer
