Battlefield 3 Runs Poorly

So I have an above average pc for battlefield 3, however I can't reach 60 FPS. I get 20-30 on ultra & 30-40 on low. V-Sync is disabled & all my drivers are up to date.

My current specs:

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) X4 860K Quad Core Processor 3.9 GHz

Ram: 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 2GB

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-F2A68HM-HD2

PSU:  Raidmax RX-700GH (700w)

OS: Win 7 (64 Bit)

Try to disable Origin In- Game and try to delete config file of game (Go to My Documents>>Battlefield 3 and delete Settings folder). After, reboot your PC and test.

If this won't work, try to reinstall driver for your graphics card using DDU. Please read this manual Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) Tutorial
