Battlefield 3 Reedem code.

I entered 2 codes for battlefield 3 buyed from G2A and the game didnt apeared in my library.After i entered the codes said to me to downloand,i clicked and the game dissapeared,what should i do now,without game and without money.

First of all I don't recommend you to buy codes from G2A, the origin store is official EA's store so always buy the games from there to avoid any problems with the games and their activation: https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store

Probably you will also have to contact G2A as well.

I took a look on what the story is for you @Rares_Mev so @IIPrest0nII  is correct you need to poke EA support for your issue.
