Problem is. I bought BF3 premium 26.04.13 from Origin store. But nowadays i have only BF3 extended edition шn my library without premium content and all of the DLC's

That is very strange indeed.
Is it maybe possible that you're logged into an incorrect EA account?
If that is not the case, I'm afraid that the best thing you can do is contacting our lives support via https://help.ea.com/contact-us, so they can take a look at your EA-account to see if there's something missing. Unfortunately we can't do this here via the forums, I am afraid.
