Battlefield 3 PREMIUM wont show in MY GAMES [ Edited ]

as topic says. I try and launch BF3 Premium through the folder and it gives me this

I purchased the code about 4 hours ago and got the whole thing installed 2 hours ago. this has been doing my head in.
Please any help would be appreciated.

Email says I dont need a code as I already have an account with origin.
No updated emails whatsoever.
Was paid with credit card so no reason for that not to have gone through.
This is the only email I've got

Contact the support team here and they can help you further, you can get a refund on this if you still want to buy Battlefield 3 only.

sorry should of been more thorough in my wording. I purchased BF3 Premium, downloaded premium and it still requires activation.
