I recently bought a new xbox and transferred all my data from one hard drive to another. After doing so, I realized the my back to karkand dlc is not working. Its like I never had it in the first place. any suggestions?
also, is there an email adress i can reach EA at and they will respond? ive tried a few but no one will respond.

B2K is directly linked to the Limited Edition online pass so I recommend going to your download history and re-downloading your Limited Edition online pass to your console if it's not recognizing your transferred online pass. Since you're on your computer it's easiest to log into the Xbox Live site at http://www.xbox.com/en-US/ and then go to "My Account" and then "Purchase History" and then scroll down until you see your online pass and click "Add to Queue" and then the next time you log into your Xbox your queued items will automatically download to your Xbox.
If you don't have the LE edition and purchased B2K seperately use the method mentioned above and select B2K instead of the online pass for re-download.

Hi I have the same problem I could not join to Back to Karkand servers.
