BF3 veteran status

Hi guys, probably this question has been asked a lot of time, but im here cause even if i've followed all the instruction from the pinned topic for the veteran status, im not able to get the veteran status, i have all the battlefield games, i've installed bc2 and played some matches too, but so far i haven't gotten the veteran in game content (dog tags, M1911, ecc..)

As far as I know Veteran status is no longer a thing. I will tag BF users for correct answer.

Back in the day you could go to https://www.battlefield.com/games/battlefield-bad-company-2/veteran but that's a long time ago. I can't remember if they added the stuff to BF3 for all later but if not I don't know of a way to get it.
