BF3 opens and closes after a short period

Hello,

This weekend I tried to play BF3 again and when I started the game I got a weird message, a window opened saying that it didn't find my key for the game and if I was using the wrong account or if I wanted to buy the game. Obviously I had the game already so I tried to repair the game, now I don't get the weird window anymore but when I join a server (multiplayer) BF3 open for like 5 seconds and then closes itself but in the battlelog it is written playing BF3 on PC but on Origin it says that the game it isn't even opened.

Can someone help me please? The game always used to work...

It sounds related to a client update you need.

If that doesn't fix it try deleting Origin and re-download the latest version here. Once you open it up, right-click on BF3 in your library and select "Repair." Then launch the game.
