BF3 Installation errors

Alright, so I just reinstalled Origin from the website and I tried to install Battlefield 3. Quite a few times now, when the game gets to about 98% or 99% done installing, it either gives me some error and sets it back to ~93%, or it gives no error and jumps back to ~93% anyways.

What's going on? I've tried restarting my pc, restarting origin, everything.
