Have Premium but not Back to Karkand?

Hello Joker.

I can start B2K servers, and every server as normal. The only problem that still persist is the missing content problem. I have tried to reach EA Help many times by now, but the only option I have is the telephone call. Since I live in Greece there is no telephone support for my country and the chat support is no longer available to me, for an unknown reason. I have submitted some pictures to check the issue. 1911, LSAT and L86A3 are shown in Battlelog but not ingame. Sorry for posting here but it seems that you are the only one that still cares for this game and it's gamers.

Haven't played BF3 in a while, but when I try to play now on servers with DLC maps I get the pop up:

Requires additional expansion pack

I have Back to Karkand (included in Premium Edition) and Aftermath, and for both I get the pop up. Both DLC are installed and recognized by Battlelog on my profile, yet something goes wrong. For example, I'm trying to join this server.

I came across this topic which seems to be the same problem.

It seems to me @EA_Joker and @EA_Atic know what they are doing when it comes to DLC problems, and I kindly ask if you could please help me

Hello! I was wondering if you could help me with the same OP problem. I have all DLC and premium and it says I need the dlc. I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm also having the Back 2 Karkand Issue and I just tried something support told me to do regarding origin appdata and relaunching origin, but I'm still getting the error

Hello! Thank you for the quick response! The new edition appeared in my game library and B2K still looks like I have it, but I can't play on its maps So I deleted the game and was about to download it again but there's no B2K in the DLC list:
