Hi,
I redeemed Battlefield 3 in EA Play and successfully claimed it and then started downloading it. However I saw that it was stuck at "Preparing" for some time so I decided to clear application cache through the app (Help --> App recovery --> Clear cache). After the app restarted the game no longer was in my library and when I tried to look it up in the store it just prompted me to buy the game. Now I am missing the game I have bought and I do not know what to do.
I still have the code I have used to redeem my game, but when I tried to use it again it just told me that the code was already used (by me).
How do I get my game back?
EDIT: Tried talking to the EA chat support. Got told that he will be drafting a proper bug report case to higher EA authorities. Will update once EA reaches out to me.

I did. I have tried reclaiming it, but it just told me that the code has been used already. The game isn't in my library and when I look it up in store it just prompts me to buy the game. I am using the EA app.
