strange 'customize soldier' issue [ Edited ]

So I just re-installed BF1 Premium (PC) this morning, but I'm having a strange issue;
in the 'customize soldier' menu all warbond weapons are locked again (yet I unlocked them all prior). But when I'm in-game they are unlocked (like they should be), in the companion app they're unlocked as well.

Now is this a syncing issue? Or is something different going on?

Hey @zenn_nme

This sounds like a syncing issue.

When you play a couple matches, do these weapons end up unlocking for you? It might take some time for everything to return to normal.

@iluminatethesky in a match itself, they are all unlocked. Now almost 24 hours later, having played 10 matches they are still locked in the game's menu. :/

Sorry to hear you're still experiencing this issue.

Unfortunately there's not much we can do on the Forums about unlocking these weapons for you.

However, you can try contacting Support, to see if it's an account issue:

I would also recommend trying to uninstall/reinstall the game all together, including Premium.

Yeah, it's annoying... I'll try and contact support, see what they have to say.

@EA_Atic, @EA_Joker & @EA_Kent  any ideas on how to resolve this perhaps? Seems to be an ongoing issue for many players.

Hey @zenn_nme. 

This is something that I've seen a handful of times. The items are still on the account, and usually after a couple rounds it will go back to normal.

I see. In that case it might be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.

So, I got in touch with the EA Help team, seems they can't do anything either; it's a visual bug within the game itself.
