Wait 4 more hours then, see if you can preload (download) the game. The early download has not started on all servers yet, so see if it's just going to be a bit later today for you.

@RONALDOSAM Hi, as mentioned the pre-load should be available now. If it isn't, can you check your Order History to see the order status?

In Origin click Origin in the top left then Order History to see this.

If the purchase is stuck, you can reach out to support to check more closely.
