Well, that didn't go as planned

Good afternoon,

Yesterday I bought Battlefield 1 on steam. The game is also connected to Origin for some reason which is why I am getting the error. Everytime I try to run the game from my steam library or from my desktop, the game doesent even open but after a short while, origin opens and the error of Well, that didn't go as planned shows up. I have tried absolutely everything from clearing caches, reinstalling Origin, wiping my pc (however I chose to left my files) but nothing works. My PC specs are: 

CPU: i7 4770k

RAM: Hyperx 16gb DDR3 1600Hz

GPU: GTX 1070 8GB OC

Motherboard: Asus H81M-Plus

(This is the specs that I think are relevant and I didn't list things like power supply as I didn't think they are relevant.)

Plz somebody help me!

Could you try to clear the Origin cache and see if that helps.  @yoink781
