weekly weapons Scrap exchange not updated [ Edited ]

@ronybaloneygood point also. the thread was asking for fix the weekly Scrap exchange and its become asking for more than that request.
right now we need to fix the weekly Scrap exchange and change the content to be include with all the rare skins which never appeared from along time.

even if we make a table with all the skins we do need and send it to EA/DICE. then they arrange to add it to the weekly Scrap exchange.

@MLG_HOCK219i hope they fix this issue and add some rare skins.
even when they fix the old issue. they add no 3 revolver and it wasn't rare.
we need some skins which rarely or never appeared in the exchange.

its about 4 hours to get the new weekly service assignments and the new skin echange should be add. hope it works that week and hope everything be good.
