Unable to launch due to driver out of date error [ Edited ]

I recently got the game again over the lunar sale on steam and have played the game with no problems up to this date. Now whenever I try to play the game it says I need to update my driver. It says I need a intel driver xx.xx.xx.4539 or later. I don't know why this is a problem now because I've put 70hrs into the game already. My driver version right now 30.0.101.1631 which is the latest version available to me. If anyone knows what to do please let me know. I tried updating my driver but it says I am up to date. I've uninstalled the game and that didn't work so I'm out of ideas. My friend who has the same laptop as me can run the game fine so I don't know what's up.
