Unable to deploy in multiplayer

As the title says, I cannot deploy in multiplayer even after I had repaired, joined a squad and tried every single troubleshooting method in the book.

If you look at your video again, you can see you need to change your main weapon.

I think your are playing on a B2B server, with rifels only.

@g234431 please note that there is rules for the (custom) servers you have to follow it.
other wise join the regular servers to choose any weapon you want.
