Support - Getting an 'Inlay' problem for calling up PROFILES

To my surprise out of nowhere I'm trying to pull up a profile while in game and it is saying their is some kind of 'Inlay that has to be enabled in Origins'.

Well, where it that? I'm on PC.

So, I want to report cheater(s) and can't cause some kind of "Inlay" problem in Origins. I can tell you I never changed a thing.

I've tried that and it still won't work I've enabled it and restarted, and I even clicked the repair, and it still won't work
