Shutting down origin overlay

So I'm playing the first trial of Battlefield 1.

And I want to record this for my videos. But now comes the problem, Origin overlay is still enabled while its shut off in my settings....(see picture)

I can record BF4 without problems but this just wont be detected because the overlay is still there.

My recording program should detect the game (I'm using Dxtory) so I don't think there's a problem here since it works at BF4 and the overlay is still in the game while it shouldn't be.

So how can I fix this?

Switch to DX11, or screen capture instead of game capture. Currently game capture doesnt work with dx12.
