Server disconnected/Lost connection to the session

Hi,

is anyone else having issues with the "Server disconnected/Lost connection to the session" issue?

I'm playing on a PC.

I'm frequently getting disconnected from games with a server disconnected error. I've been disconnected about half of the rounds I play. 

I've never had connectivity issues like this with any other game I play. Which recently includes, Bf4, battlefront, Rocketleague, Golf With Friends, Forza Horizon 3.
