Rental servers broken => Admins are no longer able to kick/ban players

I'm an admin in a large community and we have many servers in Battlefield 1.
the servers not having the ban/kick option is troublesome to us, as there are hackers everywhere.
Please get us those functions as fast as possible!!

The private server does not have the right to kick people out of the game, making a large number of cheaters destroy the game experience of ordinary players, which has caused great difficulties for us. We hope that the official can give the private server the right to kick cheaters out of the game again

just hilarious to me how you guys are unable to have a normal gaming experience for your paying customers! 

even if you "fix" something is gonna be broken anyways soon because the Chinese Cheater Playerbase just has better tools to break your things you created!.

and no this is not racism.. this is happening because a big term of Chinese players made a call to do this thing WORLDWIDE!!!!

Hello, thank you for forwarding this issue to the team. I really hope this gets very high priority because just this morning we were witnessing a couple of players carelessly joining servers and using damage modifiers or aimbot and we were unable to do anything about it. Not only this ruins the servers reputation, because probably most of the players aren't aware of this situation, but it kills the player count of our servers and we put great effort in starting our servers and keeping them free of those who want to ruin the experience.

Not to say the monetary costs, because we've paid good money for these servers and we're unable to fully use the service. I don't know how much this is going to take and I doubt that EA will extend our rental with the amount of time it took to fix the situation, but hopefully this gets a quick resolve.
