Can we admin kick hackers in rented server?

I've rented two servers and yesterday,a hacker came into my server and killed everyone,but when my admin team tried to kick him,they failed.What should we do now?

@EA_Leeuw Because of your repairing servers,the private rental servers are no long able to kick palyers from the game,including those which ues BFEAC plug-in.This causes a serious problem that nothing can stop the cheaters now and in fact EA's fairfight hasn't work for years.BF1 is a art piece,we all not want to lose such a great game.I hope you could return the authority of banning players to the rental servers as soon as possible.We will  appreciate it very much.

@M1917Fan-DC1OGFC  Hey, sometimes it doesn't work but you can add a manager tool to you rented server or ban him directly.

And could u guys fix a bug where cheaters crash servers by using weapons such as wrenches, flashbangs, flamethrowers, etc

Is this how you fix the server? The administrator can't kick out or ban anyone. Players all over the world have encountered this problem. You have brought a worse problem. Now, as long as we enter the server, we will be slaughtered by cheaters as chickens, and the game will die in your hands!!! EA is indeed a rotten company I have seen. I'm renting a community server, and EA just removed all admin's control yesterday. So, currently, there's no difference between a community server and an official server.

We pay for the community server in order to kick and ban cheaters from our server. And right now EA is telling me I can't do anything in the server? Our server has been dominated by cheaters and no one can do anything now! It's so frustrating!

Please report this issue to the techinical team ASAP and help us fix the issue!

I am now also unable to manage my server I just renewed for 6 months, a few weeks ago.  Cannot kick or ban.  Please fix this!

To make sure this topic doesn't get merged with the other trending topic about unjustified fairfight bans, this topic is about the ongoing issue that prevents paying server owners to actually use features like "kick" and "ban" on the server they pay for. The origin of the problem might be the same, but the problem itself or its solution isn't. Being able to kick/ban players is the only way to keep a server clean becaues the in-game anticheat hasn't been updated in years. So I really hope EA manages to restore this feature on all rental servers.
