Rental servers broken => Admins are no longer able to kick/ban players [ Edited ]

To make sure this topic doesn't get merged with the other trending topic about unjustified fairfight bans, this topic is about the ongoing issue that prevents paying server owners to actually use features like "kick" and "ban" on the server they pay for. The origin of the problem might be the same, but the problem itself or its solution isn't. Being able to kick/ban players is the only way to keep a server clean becaues the in-game anticheat hasn't been updated in years. So I really hope EA manages to restore this feature on all rental servers.

As admin on multiple community servers, I can't use kick and ban features of Battlefield1 right now. Issue needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

I to own a server and have the same problems...If we cant kick or ban cheaters our servers are no different then the dice official servers.

Yes all servers are facing this problem. The kick, ban function are not working. There are cheaters in all the servers.

The most important features of rental servers are kick and ban features. Without these features, there is no point in renting servers.

Please EA fix this issue ASAP.

Experienced exactly the same as JRM, this must be fixed because not only cheaters can play freely, but people can break community rules, be toxic or racist in game chat without consequences.

As a admin and leder  on multiple community servers, I can't use kick and ban features of Battlefield1 right now. Issue needs to be fixed as soon as possible.  This it bad for the game and all there play expecting a cheat free server . And non tolerance of toxic behaviour.  We need this fixed  sooner than later.

Not only are kick and ban options not working, even the current ban list is not working.  Banned players are being allowed to join as well.
