Rental Server Programme lagging like crazy

Hello , i rent a server via the BF1 RSP. and the lag is just crazy bad. every single person in the server is complaining about it. the netcode has never been 100% perfect but for whatever reason today it is just on another level its like playing with 300 ping and everybody in the server is in agreement something is not right here. the usual bugs of the invisibility glitch and hit detection are around still but they seem to be of been turned upto 11. Any resolve to this would be great
