In BF4 i disable a connection options in the final part of gameplay settings.
(I do that)

I KNOW THIS IS AN OLD THREAD. BUT THE BEST SOLUTION IS TO RUN BOTH ORGINS AND BF1 IN ADMINISTRATION MODE.  it solved all the network problem i had. no need to clear dns cach or any other things. just run it in admin mode.
