Need help with BF1 Offline

I need help logging onto Battlefield 1. I have an online connection and I know my router or fire wall isn't the issue. However whenever I try logging into the game it tells me I'm offline. I've uninstalled and reinstalled EA Play and Battlefield 1 multiple times.
