My codex didn't unlocked

I found all field manuals in O La Vittoria but the codex "Coming Together" didn't unlocked (I had that codex unlocked thingy in the top left), I unlocked a woapen coxed today soit's not a problem with the codex itself, how can I get the codex? (my war stories codex counting even went up by, so I didn't imagined it)

I find taht I can read the codex in the story pause menu, so I'm okay now

The problem isnt with Xbox activments is with the codex entry in game, I have any other codex I unlocked, and I cant find field manuals again when I open box aI cant open it again

Hmm okey. Please try to play the missions  on a different difficulty(easy medium hard).
