Missing multiplayer privileges

My Battlefield 1 menu is telling me i’m missing multiplayer privileges i checked if i had a ban or something and no i have no bans or suspensions and i was actually playing the game last night and only today has it been giving me issues

If you're playing on PC, the best thing you can do is indeed get in touch with our live support first. In that case, it could be that there's something on your account that needs to be checked.
