Middle East serves

Middle East servers are down almost a month now

So any response to this , i don't know about other countries but from Pakistan my 10 + friends playing battlefield 1 from different cities with different isps all got their ping increased to unplayable levels , i read a few threads where Indians weren't having good pings as well after may update and the guy above from Dubai doesn't as well , what's the point of servers when nearby countries are having more ping to them then Europe.
