Loading screen

Hit quickmatch or even join a friends game, I get stuck on the loading screen, sometimes it'll load me in for the last 10 seconds of a match but that only happened twice and the rest has been me sitting in the loading screen

Tried repairing and reinstalling, even reinstalled to a different drive, nothing.

@Kittumz Hmm, if you restart with a Clean Boot and just run the game do you see the same behaviour? In my testing I've seen similar-sounding activity once, Steam was writing to disk at the same time and it was tanking my drive read speeds (it wasn't Steam's fault specifically, any updating program could be a factor.

If this has no effect can I check if the SP content loads without issue?
