Hacked and Perma-banned

Someone hacked my EA account on Steam and got perma banned on FIFA. This then affected my BF1 game on PS4 as I am now perma banned on PS4. The only EA game I ever played on PC was the BF5 beta and that was it. I created a case ONE MONTH AGO, but not a single rep has gotten back to me yet. I find this absolutely ridiculous that no one has contacted me back. How can I get ahold of EA?

Hey @firetigerx08 Sorry to hear this, but there's not much we can do to help here on AHQ. Opening a case is the only way of discussing the ban so you might want to open another one for an update.
