Cannot rent a server on battlefield 1 through ea play

I had rented a server through ea play a few days ago. So wanting to rent it again i went through the normal process or renewing it again but this time it just says "Having trouble please try again" its been a week and i still can't renew the server again. Can anyone fix this?

Hey @ViscousPalace00,

 

Some problems in the game can be fixed by performing a game repair.

 

If you own  Battlefield 1 logoon  Origin logo, click on the button below to show the steps on how to perform a game repair.

Spoiler

Steps on how to repair the game on Origin:

  1. Run Origin as administrator.
  2. Go to My Game Library.
  3. Right click on Battlefield 1.
  4. Select Repair.

Origin will fix any corrupted and/or missing files. This process may take several minutes.

If you own  Battlefield 1 logoon  Steam icon, click on the button below to show the steps on how to perform a game repair.

  1. Load Steam.
  2. From the Library section, right-click on Battlefield 1 and select Properties from the menu.
  3. Select the Local files tab and click Verify integrity of game files...

@ViscousPalace00 This problem is EA desktop related, not game related. I always renewed servers via Origin because it was bugged on EA desktop. Now I was forced to migrate to EA desktop and there is no more option to renew the servers now!!!! Please fix this ASAP!

I am playing BF1 on Xbox. For a couple of days, I have been trying to rent server via the game menu. But it constantly says "Purchase is cancelled"

 

Is it a temporary problem or we are not able to rent servers anymore?
