Hello,
When I try to play Battlefield 1 for Xbox One, I keep getting issues connecting to EA Online. I cannot connect to online features to go to multiplayer. I restarted my modem, signed in/out, checked Network Connectivity on my Xbox One only to tell me that I am connected to the Internet and that there is nothing wrong with my Multiplayer connection.
This started happening about 2 days ago after I played Multiplayer, when I returned to go back on multiplayer I got the message that I couldn't connect to EA Online. Checked the next day, and the same problem came up again, then I tried to reset everything to make it work but with no luck. I also checked my EA account to see if there was a problem, but I found nothing wrong.
I am at a loss of how to connect to EA Online and I am need of a solution.
Thank you.

Hello @Hexic77
For support, please visit the EA Help website. For instructions on how to use the EA Help services, please refer to How to use EA Help.
Opening corresponding TCP ports can also solve this.
Keep me posted on your progress.

Hello @Hexic77
Thank you for coming back and letting us know you are fine. Can you tell, what exactly fixed your game? Was it opening TCP ports?
Cheers,
Archi
