Can't hear dialogue

I can't hear any dialogue during the cutscenes and I can't hear the voice overs.

@chazer go to audio settings and check.
if couldn't identify the option make reset

Which setting in particular? I can hear everything else. I can even hear the background music, just not the voices.

Not near my console right now so can't check myself, someone else may be able to. 

It might be worth uploading a screenshot of your current settings though.
