Can't go online

• Just bought the game from steam,
• Made an origin account, both steam and origin account are linked.
• Im perfectly connected to steam and origin
• Verified email, phone number, checked for updates.
• Origin, steam, the network and my pc

Still every time i try to go online i get that stupid message that i cant connect to the ea network

still all my friends who bought it just like me can do it

Now they are all playing without me

sad times

Do you know if your BF1 folder is classified as hidden?

It is not classified as hidden.

im in the same place as yesteday.

Also, what i do on the campaing is not saved, nor the audio and gamma setting at the beggining of the game.

I've seen campaign not saving in Battlefield when the Windows User Profile has non-English characters in it. Do you have those in the Windows profile name?

No, my user is writen with regaluar characters, so no way thats the issue.

I've also tryied with the chat support and they told me to do the same steps that i mentioned and nothing has changed.

Also I've allowed it through the firewall, origin aswell.

When would I be able to play the game I payed for?
Also it costed a lot of network to download, and time to set up.

Not worth it at all.

@Trimaxd You could try to port forward.
You can follow this guide https://portforward.com/battlefield-1/ and well depending on your router it will be different operation.

@EA_Blueberry I still cant play the game I paid for.
I did everything you guys told me,
I can play any game in my library without an issue, but I cannot play Battlefield 1?
I also noticed that there are multiple people with the same issue and you guys are not being helpful at all.
EA being EA.
