Bf 1 Base vs Premium Question [ Edited ]

I read somewhere that BF1 premium (dlc) is free to all users. Is that true? I do not own a copy of Bf1 but I am thinking of picking it up. Does this mean I only have to buy the regular version now or do I still need t purchase a copy of BF1 premium https://vidmate.onl/ https://mobdro.onl/.

@1kyoto5 It's been given away for free in the past, and it's also included with the Revolution edition, but I wasn't aware of it being free on it's own right now.

Edit: Just checked the Xbox, PlayStation store and it's still price there:
